Shipping Info: FSS ship ships by U.S. Postal Service -- Media Mail [ or First Class or Priority Mail by request] in the USA, and Airmail to other countries. We will not to ship by Surface Mail overseas due to damage incurred in the process. Due to the unreliability of the Italian postal service we will not mail any orders to Italy. UPS and/or Fed Ex service to Italy is available.

FSS is not responsible for any customs or duties fees imposed by
by government agencies on orders shipped outside the USA.

Nearly all vinyl orders are shipped in new mailers with 2 cardboard squares on the top and bottom of your record(s) for added protection. The added cost of mailing a well-packed order is worth it.
Return Policy: Defective returns are accepted, with the buyer responsible for the cost of mailing a return. FSS is not responsible for lost mail.
